A few months ago, my hands and feet started to swell and hurt. I went to the doctor and had blood work done and all she could tell me was that my protein levels were too high. My mother, who had had Masa’s acupuncture before, recommended him to me. After the first visit, my hands and feet felt better. I still had some swelling and pain, but I actually had a great relief for the first time in about 3 months. He also gives me herbs and they are amazingly helping with the swelling. I have been seeing him twice a week for a month now and my leg pain has been gone. I still have some tightness in my hands, but it’s getting better after each treatment. I moved to NY from Greece in 2013 and was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in 2015. I underwent Chemo and experienced post-surgical pain in my chest.
